Custom Orders Turnaround Time (TAT)

Standard TAT: up to 2 weeks

Our turnaround time is up to two weeks for custom orders. This period begins on the date you place your order or the date you approve your artwork, whichever applies (see details below).

What Starts the Clock

  • Most orders: The 2‑week clock starts the day you place your order.
  • If there’s substantial artwork back‑and‑forth: The 2‑week clock starts the day you approve your mockup/proof in writing.

TO PUT IT SIMPLY: If artwork is quick, we count from the order date. If we’re revising designs a lot, we count from the final “Approved” message.

Artwork & Approvals

  • We’ll send a digital mockup for you to review.
  • Please check spelling, colors, and placement carefully.
  • Approvals must be made in writing via email.
  • Changes after approval may affect pricing and TAT.

Payment & Materials

  • Production is scheduled once we have (1) approval and (2) payment (or a PO number if applicable).
  • Out‑of‑stock or special‑order blanks may extend the timeline; we’ll notify you right away with options.

Rush Options

Need it sooner? Rush service may be available depending on our current schedule and stock. Rush fees apply. Ask us!

Shipping & Pickup

  • Local pickup notifications are sent when your order is ready.
  • If shipping, transit time is separate from production time and depends on the carrier.

Holidays, Weather, & Supply Delays

We aim to meet every deadline. Rare events like supplier shortages, carrier delays, severe weather, or holidays can affect timing. If anything pops up, we’ll communicate promptly and provide solutions.
