Custom Orders

All of our products are made-to-order, created especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part.

If you believe your custom item has an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Be sure to include:

  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • A detailed description of the problem

Our team will review your claim promptly and work with you to make it right.

Blank Apparel

Our blank apparel (including Mossy Oak® items and pieces from our in-store T-Shirt Bar) moves quickly and is not individually tagged. Because we cannot verify if a blank has been worn or washed, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
