Returns

We want you to love your order! We take great pride in our products and customer service. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.

Custom Orders

All of our items are considered custom orders and they are made specifically for you once you place your order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.

If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We will review your claim and work quickly to correct any mistakes.

BLANK APPAREL

Due to the fast pace sales of our blank inventory, for example our Mossy Oak apparel, and blanks on our t-shirt bar- we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our blank apparel is not tagged therefore we have no way of knowing if it has been worn or washed.

How do I place an order?

You can order online by first filling out the quote request and one of us will reach out via email. Or you can stop by and place your order in person. For bulk orders, we’ll send a digital quote and proof before printing.


when do i pay?

All orders, besides school systems or established PO customers, pay prior to production beginning. No order is considered "placed" until the invoice is paid or you have provided a PO number.

Do you have a minimum?

For printed apparel there is no minimum. You can order as little or as many items as you would like. Pricing varies based on the quantity ordered, and the brand of apparel. For embroidered apparel there is a minimum of 6 items required to place an order.

Design & Printing

Can you help me design my shirt?

Yes! Our design team can create or clean up your artwork. Design time or custom setup fees apply.

What is your turnaround time?

The turnaround time changes based on our order volume at the time you place your order. We will let you know at the time of you placing your order when you can expect it to be completed. The date that we give you is not set in stone and could change. If that occurs we will reach out to make you aware.
