About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help with pressing t-shirts, fulfilling orders, and assisting with customer service during the busy holiday season. This is a hands-on position that requires focus, consistency, and pride in your work.

You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team where everyone does their part. The ideal candidate can take direction, communicate clearly, stay productive without constant supervision, and handle feedback with a positive attitude. Reliability and accountability matter just as much as skill here — we depend on each other to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Operate heat press equipment and accurately fulfill customer orders
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members
Assist with customer pick-ups, packaging, and labeling
Support special projects and increased workloads during peak times

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Reliable and trustworthy — shows up on time and ready to work
Respectful communicator — able to take feedback without defensiveness
Positive attitude — no drama, gossip, or excuses
Self-motivated — stays busy and productive even during slower times
Strong attention to detail — follows procedures, measures accurately, double-checks work
Team mindset — willing to help where needed and pitch in during busy days

Schedule & Growth

This position will begin part-time, Monday through Friday, which is considered a probationary period. For the right candidate, there is potential for a full-time, long-term position.
