About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help run our embroidery machines and fulfill embroidery orders with precision and pride. This hands-on role requires focus, consistency, and a strong eye for quality — every stitch and thread placement matters.

You’ll be part of a small, fast-paced production team where everyone pitches in to keep things moving smoothly. The ideal candidate can follow detailed instructions, communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and take initiative when needed. Reliability and accountability are key — we count on each other to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results for our customers.

Responsibilities

Operate multi-head embroidery machines safely and efficiently
Hoop garments accurately and prepare them for production
Monitor stitch quality, thread colors, and machine tension throughout runs
Trim, steam, and package completed embroidery orders
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations
Communicate clearly with team members on job progress and deadlines
Support larger production projects and assist during peak seasons
 

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Reliable and trustworthy — arrives on time and ready to work
Excellent attention to detail — double-checks thread colors, placements, and orders
Able to follow production instructions accurately
Positive, respectful attitude — open to feedback and willing to learn
Self-motivated — stays productive even when working independently
Team player — ready to assist other departments when needed
Experience with embroidery machines is a plus (training available for the right person)

Schedule & Growth

This position will begin part-time, Monday through Friday, which is considered a probationary period. For the right candidate, there is potential for a full-time, long-term position.
